Uploaded Site Assist Pro Page Error

Hi

Starting for the first time with a newly uploaded dynamic site, 'http://www.the-run-around.co.uk', the contactus page reads this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: validatedfield() in /homepages/42/d330208130/htdocs/contactus.php on line 139

I've checked google, no strings.
I've uploaded the wa_ecommerce_20091112 to my 1and1 host server.
I don't understand if the site directory needs to be connected to the database on the server?

I've checked the SiteAssist Pro forums and in one post, Jason Byrnes was able to fault diagnose just from the script, that is why I have added the above fatal error paragraph and the following line from DreamWeaver contactus page line 139:

if (ValidatedField('contactus','contactus')) {

Is the fatal error connected to the database on the server not being connected to the sites directory or is it just line 139?

New Info
Today I ran the contactus page on localhost because before the uploading to the server the contactus page pre-viewed with no error and now it pre-views on localhost with the same error.

Hi Jason
Update 16.08.2010 gmt 22:445
I could not resist playing with the contact from.
There is however some doubt in mind with regards the development process.
Is it CSS Form Builder, Universal email, then Data Assist?
And what is the relationship ie: do all the plug-in's require each other or is there a basic contact form which only requires
CSS Form Builder and Universal email?
Update 17.08.2010 00:44
I still cannot get even a simple contactus page dynamic.
I've attached a zip of the contactus page and it's online at:
contactus.php
Please check url error string, line 129 and check the zip file.
The same error runs a lot, so I guess its worth the wait.
One thing, how come in the Universal Email Documentation Getting Started Guide, its doe's not cover the configure mails setting in the universal email tool bar?

The error is occurring because the code for server validation is missing from the head.

add the following at line 1:

php:
<?php require_once("WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_Scripts_PHP.php"); ?>

<?php
require_once("WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_ValidatedForm_PHP.php"); ?>

the development process is dependent on what you wish to accomplish with the page, you would only need to use DataAssist if you wanted to store the form data in a database.

if you only wish to email the form, you just need to apply universal email after creating the form with CSS Form builder.

the settings to use for the email server depend on your host. Your host should be able to suplly you wit hthe correct SMTP server to use.

Nearly...

Hi Jason
Thank you for the reply.
The development sequence was clearly explained to think, "I thought as much".
I added the code and the page ran online.
The form however never sent an email.
I deleted the site remote and local to reconfigure a new site, using assist site verbatim.
I added a simple contact form.
The code you provided was inplace, until I ran the universal email configuration.
And the same error then ran on the local host.
I added the code, it ran , I uploaded it onto the remote server and it ran.
Only the security code box is not displaying the security numbers?
Please see the url and uploaded contactus file.
contactus.php
Thank you for reading
