headers already sent when changing page

hi,

i have read around with the headers already sent error being white space etc.

however what i am finding is that say i am logged in and i am in the details page of the product. if i leave it for an hour or so then come back and click on results i get the white page with headers already sent error.

the only way around it is pressing back then loggin out and loggin in again.

has anyone in the community encountered this before with security assist and if so is there a way to resolve?

many thanks

most likely, after sitting for a while the session has timed out and the security assist restrict access rule is trying to redirect you to another page.

because of the white space on the page causing the header already sent error, the redirect is failing.

I would need to see a copy of the page and the exact error text to tell exactly where the problem is.

ok thanks jason, i seem to get the reference to line 5 of helper_php.php but i cannot see any whitespace on this page, i have attached the page the headers already sent refers to.

thanks mate

also jason, does the webassist extensions work no problem with ssl on the server?

do you need to change the page type in dreamweaver or do anything to get it working with https?

thanks again

Look at the errors carefully, it will have a section that says:
(output started on path/to/page.php:12)

this is the clue to where the problem is,

attach the page on the output started on section of the error, paste the full error text as well.
