Support Center

Last week, we updated the <a href="http://www.webassist.com/support/">Support & Documentation page</a> on our website and there are a few things we'd like to point out.

We have documentation for every product, which you can access by pulling down the select list on the above mentioned page.

There is a new capability on that page to search just the support area of our website, along with all of our documentation.

We will be adding quick links on the forum for our most important and popular resources. Here are the links in the interim, which can also be found on the Support & Documentation page.
<a href="http://assets.webassist.com/technotes/activation.pdf">Understanding WebAssist Activation</a>
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCsS2O-Eg9s">Downloading and Installing Extensions</a>
<a href="http://assets.webassist.com/technotes/common_installation_issues.pdf">Common Installation Issues</a>

We have links to a lot of other resources you may not have known existed on our site, such as our <a href="http://www.webassist.com/free-downloads/tutorials-and-training/">Free Tutorials and Trainings</a>.

We also have a Recent Fixes section on the <a href="http://www.webassist.com/support/">Support & Documentation page</a>, where you can view the latest list of dot releases, betas and known issues.

We plan to continue expanding on and improving our support and documentation. <a href="http://www.webassist.com/company/feedback.php">Feedback</a> is always welcome.
