Error trying to execute the Email Form

I have followed the instructions on building a form in a .php page (saved in the file directory) with all the appropriate fields. I the run the Web Assist "Create Email Message" Command. Then the Page is saved (again) and uploaded, along with the other WebAssist directories and programs to a valid website. When I then go to run the page I get a 404 error "Page not found" although I can see it is in fact in the directory (root) of the site. I have reviewed the generated code and ensured that the php files included are in fact in the sites WebAssist directory as required. Help?

Do you have a URL where we can see this? Also, post back with some details about the structure of the live site and where you are uploading the pages to.

Error trying to execute the Email Form

The URL of the page that isn't working is:
TestMail.php

The website is:LatinosandAmericansUnited.org

The TestMail.php Page code can be found at:TestMail.txt

The 404 error just means that the file with that name is not in the root of the site. If it were there you would not get this error. So we need to figure out where the file is on the live server in order to determine why you are getting this message. In order to figure out where the file is on the live server I will need more details about the structure of the live site and where you are uploading the pages to. Some screen shots from your ftp would be the most helpful. I suspect that you have this file in a sub folder on your live server and this is why it is not found with this URL. If you can post back with the details about your site structure and where this page is within that structure I will take a look to see if I can help you get this worked out.

If you take the TestMail.php page and add it into the root of your site the link to this page should work.

It definitely looks like you have the file there, but for some reason your server does not think that the file is there. I have opened a ticket for you so we can check this out. To update the ticket login and visit your support history.

Error trying to execute the Email Form

Well, A phone call to my hosting service informs me that my hosting package will not support .php apps, only .asp apps! So If I cannot convert the Mail program to .asp then I guess I should apply to get my money back (is that possible?) since I cannot use it otherwise.. I appreciate your trying to help me.
