Configuration Floaters

Getting a message that unable to find file WA_eCart_Floater.htm in the configration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown.

I click ok and then get a message Panel 163 could not be created, Removing it from list

What version of eCart are you using? What version of Dreamweaver?

If it is Dreamweaver CS4, try going to Window -> Workspace Layouts -> Reset '<Your Layout Name>'


aslo try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

I have followed the instructions provided, but when I go into the configurations folder, there is no WinFileCache.dat file

Ok, I have uninstalled the Ecart extension and reinstalled it, everything seems to be working now, thank you
