form problems

Hello,
I did a form using Css form builder.
You can check the page at this address contact.php.
I want a control on all the insertions and also the Captcha.
The form is send to the page formail.php, where all the values contained in the text zones are sent by email using the php send function.
The problem are that I got no controls in the page contact.php, the Captcha does not seem to work properly. I got error loading messages with IE.
Thank you for your help.
Regards, Mr Simon

Captcha

Hello,
I fixed the problems I got.
I 've got 2 questions about using the Captcha field:
First, The captcha text is written in yellow with a white background, I looked at the form design but could not find it..
Second, It seems that whatever I write in the Captcha filed, the form is sent... how can we do first a check on the text written in this field before sending the form..
Thank you for your help.

regards, Mr Simon
