Advanced cart

I would like to know what the best method to doing the following with eCart 5.02

We sell website packages (1-time creation/setup fee) and hosting (annual recurring).
Does anyone know if this is possible with eCart - and what would be the best approach-
I could either use Authorize.net or PlugNPay - both of which we have integrated ecart with in the past....

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to set up a recurring payment type of purchase using eCart currently. You will have to custom code a script that will check the date on the purchase of the subscription and then send out a notification to the user when the subscription needs to be renewed.

I am wanting to set up a recurring annual subscription from date of transaction using PayPal (and Webassist products - I currently have ecart 5 and PowerStore 3) with an email sent one month before before a subscriber's existing subscription lapses. Do Webassist engineers undertake these assignments. If so, can I have a price to do it. Any advice on this is appreciated
