Activation Error

I recently purchased the CSS design suite, but it is not letting me active it because of the military instillation I work in must have that port blocked and it will take an act of congress to get it open. I was going to see what my other options of doing it would be before I have to just get a refund. I can not use any other networks or internet sources to activate. Please help.
