Menu Writer: "Error Generating Menu

Hi, I have been using MW and it was working well. Recently I tried to add a menu to another page in my site and I get an error. I will attach a screen shot of the error. This error occurs when I select "Category" Slick, "Theme" Deep Jungle, and then click OK. That's it. I have tried deleting and reinstalling MW but that did not work. Any suggestions?
