Javascript Error w/ UE 3.0.7

I was having this error with UE 3.0.6 when I realized 3.0.7 was available. I uninstalled 3.0.6 and installed 3.0.7. Javascript error was gone and I was able to insert the UE Server Behavoir. Later went back into the page to update a few things and noticed the UE server behavoir had a red exclaimation mark next to it. When i clicked on it, I got this javascript error.
I already deleted the cach file as i often must do with your extensions and I still get this error. Even after closing DW, deleting the cache file, rebooting DW and it is still there.

What is going on with this Universal Email ext?

can you send screen shots showing your site definition settings for the testing server and local info tabs? This may help determine the cause of the problem.

you also have another thread posted:
showthread.php?t=13065

in this thread you report a different error that is a result of a corrupted config folder.

this may be related to the errors you are reporting in this thread.
