Only allowing one activation

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and new to Web Assist. The problem I am having is that I am unable to activate my second copy on my laptop. It says I have used up all the licenses. Is there anyway I can view the machine ID against the license to determine what happened to my second license?

After doing a bit of research, I found something out about the MAC address. The only thing I can think of is that the one time I plugged in my wireless, it somehow took the extra license.

Thanks for any help.

Regards,
Mark.

You could try resetting your activations, and registering them again.
Go to webassist.com, click on your account, then click download your products.
At the top of that page is a button to reset your activations.

Hope that helps.
Tom
