eCart 5.02 Object Error

Thread began 7/02/2010 10:50 am by vmartinez310076 | Last modified 7/06/2010 3:06 pm by vmartinez310076 | 904 views | 2 replies |

eCart 5.02 Object Error

I'm using Windows 7 Pro and eCart 5.02

When trying to delete Shipping & Handling from the eCart Object Shipping tab I get the following error message:

While executing onClick in WA eCart Object.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred;

At line 546 of file “C:\Users\owner\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\WA eCart RuleWShare.js”: tObj.Rules.RuleData[tArr[r]] has no properties

It will not let me delete the shipping & handling.

I have attached an image of the error message.

Any help will be appreciated.

You should try deleting the cache file to see if this helps to resolve the js error you are receiving, here are the steps for this:

If this does not resolve the issue for you there might be a corruption of your configuration folder. If this is the case follow the directions here to overcome the issue:

If you try these things and the issue persists please let us know.

Finally Fixed

I ended up hand coding the AuthNet_PHP.php file for the shipping.

Thanks for your help.
