move cms to another host

i am moving the host where i had installed the cms, and have saved the databse.
i am expecting to create the new cms, and then sync my database with my saved local version. The files will be transferred and have in place already the developer codes...
am i correct in assuming that i will be all right, or is there something i am neglecting?

You will want to install the cms on the new server and then replace the database tables with the old ones, other than the ones in the wa_settings table. You will most likely have to change the developer notes that are already applied to your pages, since the server and path will be different.
