Formatting sitemap.html with Surveyor

I bought "Surveyor v1.0.7" yesterday. I'm on Windows 7 using Dreamweavers CS5. As of now, all I want to do is get a refund :( All Surveyor is doing is creating a list of all the links on my site - 100s of them! The sitemap.html created by Surveyor using the sitemap.xml looks awful! It's just a list of urls that make not sense to our customer. There's no subcategories for sub-levels, there's no formatting whatsoever. I have hundreds of links... This is NOT at all what I was expecting. I'm hoping you'll be able to tell me what I'm missing here... is there a way to format this page without putting in hours of work? If not, I'd like a refund... is that an option?

Sorry to be so negative, but I really was looking for a tool that would help me create a site map. This is not helping me at all.

You will have to modify the label to what you want it on the HTML Site Map interface to get the labels to show up how you want them.

If you want to request a refund, you would contact our sales department at sales@webassist.com

I guess having to rename hundreds of labels is not what I would expect from a tool that is suppose to create the sitemap.html. I will contact the sales department for a refund.
