Javascript Error When using Data Assist

Dreamweaver CS5
Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit
Extension Library Member

I have uninstalled all WA Extensions using Extension Manager then Re-installed latest versions. When I try to use Data Assist in my website I get the following error:

JavaScript error while loading WA_DFP_FileDelete.htm;
Unable to open script file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS5\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\DigitalFilePro\Library\WA_Configuration.js" (error 3).

I followed the instructions for deleting the WinFileCache.dat file but could not find it in the Configuration folder. Not sure if this is because I am using 64Bit. I also looked for the file in the error above and there was no WebAssist directory within the Shared Directory. Not sure what to do at this point.

Please advise.
