pasting into PowerStore gives error

I was trying to do a simple edit in the powerstore (latest version) on the Terms of Service footer page via the View/Edit Content area. When I attempted to paste in plain text I kept getting the following error:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@bayarea-web.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've gotten these errors quite a few times. ...too many times. Please help!

Are you using the paste buttons at the top of the editor or just pasting it directly in?

Are you getting the error when you navigate to the page or is it right after you make the change? Does this happen if you go into the admin pages and go to content and edit from there?

I'm just pasting in directly.

It happens right as I click the save button.

I'm assuming that what I was doing was going in through the admin pages?

I login at: bayarea-web.com/Admin >> Content >> View/Edit Content >> (pick a page..it's happened with FAQ and Terms of Service).

As soon as I click Save it gives me the error page.

I'm unable to reproduce the same error that you're getting. What text are you pasting in the editor? Also, where are you copying the text from?

Does this happen every time you paste something into the editor or only some of the time?
