Javascript error when inserting UniversalEmail after new install

Hello,

I have purchased a new machine with windows 7 ultimate (64 bit) and CS4.
On a blank asp page, I did the following:

Insert>Webassist>Universal Email

I get a pop-up error message saying:

While executing timer, the following Javascript error(s) occured:
In the file "file:///c|Program Files (x86)/Adboe/Adobe Dreamweaver CS4/Configuration/Commands/WA Universal Email.htm": initializeUI is not defined.

After closing this box I get a blank Universal Email screen.

Any idea why this happenes?

delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

problem continues to exist

I followed the instructions in the pdf document.
Even after uninstalling and deleting the cache file, I get an error.

This time the error reads:

While executing timer in WA Universal Email.htm, the following Javascipt error(s) occurred:

At line 158 of file "c:\program Files(x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Cinfiguration\Commands\WA Universal Email.js": _SendEmail2.initializeUI is not a function

make sure that Dreamweaver is closed when deleting the cache file.

In some cases, you will need to:
close Dreamweaaver, Delete the cache File, Reboot the computer and Delete the cache file again.

Getting desperate about this error ...

Hallo Jason,

I closed Dreamweaver
Deleted the cache file
Rebooted the machine
After rebooting, i checked for the cache file, and there is no new cache file.
So i can not delete it a second time...

The issue continues to exist, and i can no longer use Universal e-mail. The same applies for security assist (see my separate post on this issue). This blocks me in my development work :-(

I tried reaching you by phone but could only reach your colleague named Laura.
Because of the time difference the is only a limited time frame in which we can actually get in touch.

Could you please open a private ticket so that I can communicate my contact details?
If you could give me a short call, i'm sure we can find a solution. If needed you could take over control of my machine via a remote support software.
