Administrator Emails

Administrator Emails not being received in PS3

I'm using PS3, and have it all set up and ready to go. I've successfully tested orders, and have been getting my order confirmation email from PS3, as well as from authorize.net.

Because I'm getting the order confirmation emails, I'm assuming that my email is setup correctly in the settings tab. What I'm not getting is emails from the administrator when I test adding a new user (from the live site), or click on the "Forgot Password" link.

Is there somewhere I can verify the email address for these two options?

In your admin area in the settings do you have your email address entered into the bcc field for all of these various parts? This is how you get a copy of the message to be sent to the admin of the site also. Do you get the verification email from the site when you sign up? If so you could add in your email to the cc portion to see if you can see this setup in the message that arrives. Please post back with what you get and the details about how you have this setup currently.

Eric,

The problem is, the email never arrives. I have a test account setup in the system using my personal email. When I request a "forgot password" email, it never arrives. I've also tried registering with another personal email account, and the "verification" email never arrives.

So, putting my email in the bcc, doesn't matter, because I'm not getting the "user" emails. As I mentioned, I am getting order confirmations when I place orders with my test account.

I have the "administrator@" email setup in all the "from" boxes.

Any thoughts?
