Existing Form Doesn't Preview

Existing Form Doesn't Preview

I have a checkout form that was created with ECart.
I am trying to use CSS Form Builder to make some fields required.

The from will not load into the preview window...other forms seem to load normally...but the checkout form will not.

I have added a few custom fields.

Any ideas as to what the problem may be or is can I privately support the form for someone to review?

What are the custom fields that you have added to the checkout form?

The form shows up correctly in the CSS Form Builder preview with the default checkout form that is generated by eCart. If you could attach the checkout page you're trying to use, I could take a look at it.

The custom fields are at the bottom.
Thank you.

I was able to test this form and it does look like I am able to reproduce this error. I'm not sure what you may have changed to cause the form to not be interpreted. What I recommend to do is to generate the checkout.php page again and then edit the form on that page using CSS Form Builder, since that form is recognized by Form Builder. You would be able to add the additional fields using Form Builder as well.
