Checkout Form

I have chosen the remote option for my shoppers when checking out. My current merchant service provider is I have already configured the remote checkout and payment forms with my merchant provider; however, I have noticed that eCart creates a checkout form requesting information (billing address) that my remote merchant service provider will be asking for.

Can you explain why eCart is having my customers enter billing information twice?

This information should be sent to the servers. This is the way that it is set up and I believe it should fill out when you get into the remote checkout pages.
