Site Import Activation Issue

Is there any problems on the webassist side recently? I have been having trouble getting some of the pages to load here and now since updated to CS5 and updating all the compatible extensions I have run into an activation problem with SiteImport today. I get the message below. I have a full barred internet connection and am able to get to any other site with no problem. I uninstalled from extension manager and reinstalled and the same thing. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Ernie

We have been experiencing a very high level of traffic on the site this morning that is causing some problems in the download center as well as the serial server. We are working hard to stabilize the system and hope to have the issue corrected soon.
