Setting up a Power Store upload images fold

Where does the images to be uploaded folder go on my hard drive? When I select the images I have the Power Store interface doesn't upload the items selected. It is prompting me top find properly formatted images. I have tried both JPG and PNG files, in each instance I receive that prompt.

The images get uploaded to a directory called the imagesupload directory, which is in the root of your PowerStore site. Can you attach a screen shot of the error you're getting and copies of the images you're using to upload? How were these images generated (digital camera, photoshop, etc)?
