Getting FilePro to work with DataAssist...

I seems to be having no luck with getting a simple filepro field to work on an insert page created in dataAssist! It doesn't appear to be uploading any files to the specified folder... and there's no file name being added to the db field. I've made sure the upload folder has the 777 permissions set. Nothing appears to be working! Can anyone help? I've attached the insert page... Thanks in advance!

file upload can only function if the forms encoding type is set to multipart/form-data

change the form tag:

<form action="items_Insert.php" method="post" name="WADAInsertForm" id="WADAInsertForm">

to:

<form action="items_Insert.php" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="WADAInsertForm" id="WADAInsertForm">
