Insert 1 record with 4 thumbnails in database

Sorry to blowing up the forums, but I've been working on this for a while and I've almost got it working. Anyway my problem is as follows. I have a form to insert a record that contains multiple images who's filename I want stored on the same record. If I select the insert server behavior, the page will end up inserting the filename on 4 separate records, presumably because when you insert a record, you automatically increase the primary key of the record. So I tried using the update record behavior and I'm not sure how to make sure the key which was used to insert the data on the form is also used when inserting the image names.

The page is located here: items_Insert.php. I have attached to page itself, if you want to view it.
