Edit Theme not working with CS5

Edit Theme not working with CS5

I am having an issue with menu writer 2.0.4 in that the edit theme button is not working within Dreamweaver CS5. When I click on the button I get a quick flash of something (too quick to see what is trying to come up) and then it goes away.

FYI I am running Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate with CS5. I have all of the latest service packs on my system and it all worked with CS4.

Was the menu created with a prior version of the extension? Is this clicking the define button next to Theme in the Insert CSS Menu wizard or is this clicking on the edit theme button in the properties inspector?

Does the edit theme interface come up or does it also close when the error pops up?
