New User Access

Hi! When I purchases this Power CMS 2 I asked if we could give users specific access and the sales rep said yes. But I noticed when adding users it gives them access to the entire site, and I don't want interns having access to our entire site.

Please advise what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks!

The question may have been misinterpreted as asking if you could give specific users access to the site. Unfortunately, there isn't anything set up to give certain users access to specific sections of the site only.

Now that sucks. :( That was the whole purpose of me buying the software. Well can I install it again on the same domain and just attach the second installation to certain pages I want them to access?

There shouldn't be an issue with setting up a second CMS to work on the same site.

When you create new users in PowerCMS, they don't have the ability to add or delete regions in PowerCMS. They are just allowed to edit any regions that the Super Admin have created.
