Menu Writer 2.0.4 - error on startup

The latest version of Menu Writer is generating the error message shown below when I try to insert a new menu into a saved document. I tried deleting the WinFileCache.dat file with DW CS5 not running, dropped back to 2.0.3 which works properly, uninstalled 2.0.3 and then reinstalled 2.0.4, deleted WinFileCache.dat again...all to no avail.

Running Windows 7 64 bit, DW CS5.

Win XP SP3 and DW CS5, seeing the same thing. Seems that it's part of the "Preview" pane as you can tell it to stop the process and it moves on, but never draws the preview.

Yes, that's true about the Preview pane.
