Emails come through with only a '0'

Emails come through with only a '0'

I am getting Emails coming through with only a 0 in the body. This has been happening a lot, in many different sites since upgrading to UE4. I haven't managed to update any forms to UE4, I've had to start again in UE4 after clearing out the UE3 files - a huge pain in the arse.

I'm constantly having to clear the DW cache. Constantly having the usual UE script errors which cause chaos in DW.

I'm also experiencing a problem whereby me edits to the email template aren't saved. It should save to waue_ordertraining_1.php but the file is unchanged.

This liberal peppering of UE problems is beyond a joke now. It's always been very buggy, now its much worse.

Support: zip of the files is attached. Included is the UE3 files which other forms in the site are using.

I have found a workaround:

I need to delete the instance editable tags in the template file, and delete the ordertraining_WA.....WA_Universal_Email_1.php file after any change.

Have we got any ideas on a permanent fix for this yet?

I'm using CS5. Had the same problems with CS4. All identical problems.

We don't have a permanent fix for this, but if you select the option to use one of the templates and check the box to create a file for the email, you will not have this issue.

Were working on a permanent fix hope to have it available soon.

How do I get bindings using a template? There's nothing in the list. Just says "Server..."

Nevermind. Found it. But it would be nice if the bindings came up without having to add them, like it used to. We've gone backwards here.
