Dual Email Address Field Validation

I want to create a form that the user must enter thier email address twice and have it validate as an email address and - if they do not match, to error.

Can this be done?

This can be done by applying client or server validation to a form. There is a like entry validation that you would apply. So you'd have two form fields, let's say field1 and field2. You would want to apply email validation to field1 and like entry validation to field2. Using the Form Builder Wizard, you wouldn't be able to apply the like entry validation, just email address validation.
