Not able to add products

Product = PowerStore 3
I read all the threads I could about this, but have found no answers.
I have tried to add several items but they do not show up.
I have tried a test product with no odd characters.
Nothing seems to help.

Thanks for any advice.

Max, did you see mine? If you get the same results following my steps, pls note that WA have opened a private ticket for me. Eric is the lead man on mine. Regards, Nicola

Thanks

Yes I looked at yours. It sounds like the same problem. I am using a different server. I did see that you have 1 product "tiger1" now!

Thanks,

Solution

Graphic file name contained odd characters - 10.5-6.jpg.
Changing to 1056.jpg solved problem.

The issue may be with the period that is in the name of the image file. It might be worthwhile to keep in mind not to use images with extra periods in their name. Glad you were able to get the product inserted though. If you run into any additional issues, feel free to open a new thread.
