SiteAssist Professional Will Not Download

I purchased SiteAssist Professional and clicked on Download Now and nothing happened. Now it doesn't give me an option to download. All I get is: You do not have any activations that can be reset. Remember, you can only reset activations once a day. I paid for a product and can't get it. NOT HAPPY!

It looks like the download is showing up and your order is in your orders history when I take a look at it. Do you have a different browser you can try downloading the file with? It may be browser specific or just a one time error.

I found the download file. Wasn't looking in the right place. Thanks, all is good.
