SagePay checkout_failure

Hi

I have a support ticket open about an INVALID error which causes the transaction to fail and I have replied to the last message in it and have not yet had a response, is it still being checked?

Thanks

Unless you have closed the ticket it should still be in progress. Just make sure that the ticket is updated with the most recent info and the engineer working on it with you will respond when they have a chance.

Thanks, yes it is definitely open and updated and I understand you all must be very busy, although could you give me an idea of how long it will take someone to look in to this? I'm well over my deadline and nothing seems to be going smoothly - although I also acknowledge this might also be because of my limited experience.
Thanks again

I have reached out to the engineer working on your ticket about this. There should be a response sometime soon on this, if not I can try to get it moving further for you just let me know.
