menu with ie6 vs ff and others

ie6 is very bad . what else can i say?
see attached images for what it should be (firefox, ie7,ie8) vs. ie6.
Is it worth while to even think about ie6 anymore?
please suggest things i might be doing wrong.
the url in question is

www.bestnetworkersintown.com to see css or use your version of ie6.
all the best and thanks in advance

the css file that is used by IE6 is not uploaded to the server.

This URL gives a 404 page not found error:
menu_ie.css

but the css filed by others has been uploaded:
menu.css

upload the entire CSSMenuWriter folder to the server.

yes that was it thanks

yes thanks.
i saw no errors about files not found when looking with firefox display css (web developer tools etc.)
if the css file is not there, how was it able to be rendered properly then?
why does ie have a problem of not seeing the file?
what tool did you use to locate the problem?
i am puzzled.

The menu_ie.css file is only used by the IE6 browser, I did not use any tool to locate the problem, I just checked the path for the men.css file, then added menu_ie.css to double check that it was uploaded. This is a check I always perform on ie6 related errors because IE6 is the only browser that relies on the men u_ie.css file.
