Australian Tax (GST)

Australian Tax (GST)

Does Powerstore 3 give the option to show total tax at the end seperately. In Australia our pricing is displayed with tax(GST) already included in each product price, therefor on checkout we show Sub-Total, GST Amount and then final amount or Total Amount of the two combined.

No customers here will add a product price less the GST amount, we just don't work that way.

At present it looks like it takes the product prices and adds tax % on the final amount upon checkout which adds double the tax in our case.

Cheers

In the settings, you can set the taxes to 0%, so the tax wouldn't be added separately as well as in the price of the product. This would show that there's 0 tax added though. You could remove the display for tax or you would have to make other modifications to display the cart the way you want it.

OK that seems OK, so 0 tax and then just do a simple math calculation at the end based on the total

a=TOTAL
b= a / 1.1 (10% TAX)
a - b= (GST Amount)

Got it cheers
