Wrong From name in UE4

First time I am using UE4 but I have everything setup corrcectly, I think. The email is wroking fine and sends the emails but its from the wrong name. You see I have indicated for UE4 to sue the name of the person from the form on the page but no matter what name I use in the form, it sends emails back to me using Debbie Halbrook. I have never heard of this person and I don't know why the name is being used! The zip file contain the contact page and the Webassist folder from the site. Thanks for your help

The from address must be a valid email address. Instead of binding to the name form element, you should bind the from address to the email address form element.

Cant say why it is using "Debbie Halbrook" for you, my only guess is that is the SMTP server administrators name.
