Menu Writer error

Hi,
I have had a site I've almost finished working on go pear shape with the menus.
The template and index page show the menu fine but all other pages now show text only.

I am now getting an DW error when I enter menu writer manager by itself or when I run new site or update site. The error is...

While executing onLoad in walm.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occured:
In file "walm";
initializeUI is not defined
