Java Script error while excuting timer in WA_eCart_Floter.htm

While using chckout wizard, i received a Java Script error which is attached here for your reference. Please help.

Have you tried uninstalling and installing the extension? It seems that some users were able to resolve this error by uninstalling and re-installing a few times.

Thanks Jimmy. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling more than five times but no progress; the same error. I followed the outlined steps in order to create a shopping cart starting from creating eCart object all the way until display manager. There at the php page where I inserted the display manager; I clicked the check out wizard, I chose "No payment Gateway" for an email friendly cart. I customized my email option page and clicked next then finish. I got this error message after checkout and confirm pages were created. I also tried to insert universal email in the php page where the checkout wizard was inserted and had it configured. I don't know where the problem is. Please help. I am wasting my time really.
I would appreciate it if you could help me viewing a full, A to Z tutorial of how to apply eCart and UE together.
