Can you Remove "Delete File" from File Manager

Can you Remove "Delete File" from File Manager

Is there anyway to keep the Upload/file manager enabled - yet to remove the capability to delete files once uploaded?

Some uploaded files are critical for content - and since all uploaded content is shared with all users it would be very helpful to eliminate the travesty of accidentally deleted files.

I was wondering if there was a line in one of the underlying fckeditor files where this could be modded - understanding the UI would be harder to change....and UI changes aren't absolutely necessary here. I didn't see anything in the config.php file.

in the HTMLEditor/editor/plugins/kfm/configuration.php file, find the following line:
$kfm_allow_file_delete = 1;

and change it to:
$kfm_allow_file_delete = 0;

For the change to take effect you will need to clear your browsers cache.
