Contact page not working with FATcow hosting

Hi everyone,

My site is now uploaded to the host server from my testing site, nothing has changed in the code, but the contact page won't submit. Testing site with godaddy as the host worked beautifully (thanks to Neilo) anyway I tried all the suggestions here and still it won't work. Does anyone have any other suggestion or what to ask Fatcow tech support for? Not sure where else to make changes...........

contactus.php

Thanks everyone,

Diana
