PowerCMS2 Errors?

My client informed me today of the following errors. The application was functioning properly and now it is not. I have not worked on the clients PowerCMS2 for almost 1 month? Here are the errors showing up on the login page:

Top of Page...

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_6ea0de5ae902ecccc812cbc9599ea7d2, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/wwwspec/public_html/cms/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 5

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/wwwspec/public_html/cms/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php:5) in /home/wwwspec/public_html/cms/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php on line 5

Bottom of Page...

Warning: Unknown: open(/tmp/sess_6ea0de5ae902ecccc812cbc9599ea7d2, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

I cannot lose the data contained in the database for PowerCMS2. I need someone to tell me how to correct these errors asap. Thanks!

Best,
Renea

the errors are saying that the server is having an issue with the session.save_path location for saving session temp files.

Contact your host and they will be able to fix the issue very quickly.

Jason Can you tell me exactly what to tell them. Not sure if they will understand. Thanks!

they should be able to understand just by the text of the error.

The error itself should be enough.
