Creating a Page

Hi, I am having trouble getting started. I have installed PowerCMS2, created and uploaded a blank page called news.php. I expected I go into the cms and create a page called news then be able to edit it (or add content).
It is not working for me. When I try to edit I get the error :

No input file specified.

Look like it should be easy, but I dont understand how to get started.

the "No Input File Specified" error is usually a problem with the database connection settings.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
