CSS Menu Writer preview not working

CSS Menu Writer preview not working

Just purchased Css Menu writer and installed it but no preview is available. When I click onto the preview box in Css Writer, I have a preview window in my browser with this error message in the html preview : -32 style="overflow: hidden;".

I use DW CS 3 on a Mac with Mac OS X 10.62. I read your installation issue docs, the forums and reinstalled twice this extension, delete totally my DW configuration folder, reinstalled only this extension, so I only have this extension installed but still not working.

I installed your extension with the extension manager but I have not coping anything (folder or files) else into my site folder.

Any idea ?

Thanks.

Do you see anything in the preview window or does it not show up correctly there either? Also if you apply the menu to a page, does the menu also throw the same error when you view it in the browser? If it does, can you zip up and attach the file and the CSSMenuWriter directory as well?

In the preview area, I only see this text image : Click Here to Open preview. If I click on this text, I have the user/Library/Application%20Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver%209/Configuration/WAPreview/wamw.html to be open with this text into the page : -32 style="overflow: hidden;"

If I apply the menu to a page, I have no problem with it. It's Ok and view it. It's only the preview that I can't see into CssMenuWriter.

THANKS

Do you have any security, virus scan or firewall software running? If you do, try disabling those before trying the extension again to see if that will help.

Can you take a screen shot of the wizard when you are getting the error so I can see what is happening?

Here are two screen shot for this preview error and a third one with the files into the DW site window.
