Product Name wrong when I update

When I create a product, I name it " 8.5"x5.5" 65#Astrobright Postcards ".

When I update the product (or add options), it always only pulls up " 8.5 " for the name. I change it and update it, but it always goes back to " 8.5 ". Frustrating!

Is it because I am using double quotes in the name? If so, is there a way for me to use double quotes and still make it work?

Yes, the issue is with using double quotes in the name. If you want to use a double quote, use the html entity for it instead:
& quot ; (without the spaces)
