no emails received

Hi

created a form using the simple contact form.

ONly thing I modified was the size and the capture settings.

Then went into UE4 and used the setting below, using CC to send a copy of th form to the user.

The test email I'm filling is is a googlemail.com and the address the form is being sent to is enquiries@1stmodel......co.uk

No emails are received at either address are these settings correct?

cheers

Ian

contactus.php is the website.

from: <?php echo ((isset($_POST["Contact_me_group_Email"]))?$_POST["Contact_me_group_Email"]:""); ?>

to: enquiries@istmodelagency.co.uk

cc: <?php echo ((isset($_POST["Contact_me_group_Email"]))?$_POST["Contact_me_group_Email"]:""); ?>

more info

Forgot to say that I did make sure that the following line was in mail_php.php because I know my ISP needs it

$mailObj = mail($mailTo,$mailSubject,$mailContent,$mailHeader, "-f".$mailFrom);

the email feild in your form is "Submit_group_Email":
<input id="Submit_group_Email" name="Submit_group_Email" type="text" value="" class="formTextfield_Large" tabindex="2" onblur="hideServerError('Submit_group_Email_ServerError');"/>

you should change the from and cc to:

<?php echo ((isset($_POST["Submit_group_Email"]))?$_POST["Submit_group_Email"]:""); ?>

update

So0rry Jason

thought I'd posted that I sorted it ( more by luck than skill)

I know my ISP need the senders details -f bit but I assumed that that was in place when the confirmation email was sent to the form filler. Apparently not because ticking the advanced box solved the problem.

As to the email content , once I ticked the box to create a file for the email the content was shown.

So probrem solved.

I'm on another issue now thats in another string

cheers

Ian
