Following Database Sarter kit using MAMP

I'm, trying to follow the tutorial using MAMP. I can't seem to find where enter the data in the records using their PHPadmin. I have MySQL browser as well, but for some reason I can't get it to open with MAMP running.

Any suggestions?

in PHPMyAdmin, go to Import. On the import tab, click the Choose File button then browse to the .sql file included with the DataBase starter kit to begin creating the DataBase.
