Power CMS 2 - LICENSE - You leave us no option

Please advise if there is now any movement after all of our comments on the licensing of this product.

I have got nearly every extension you have every bought out and have spent thousands of dollars with Webassist - as well as recommending it to other friends in the business - and am very disappointed with this Power CMS License issue . Your license strategy on this is prohibitive - and there are other products out there in the market for this.

I have consequently opted for Surreal CMS whcih is Free for 3 sites - but they also have an option of US$275 per annum for the pro version - and which can then be Custom badged and labelled must surely be an alternative you should be concerned about. It can be used on unlimited sites.

I had hoped to keep all my Development tools centralised with Webassist - but your Single license option only on Power CMS will make it impossible for people such as myself to do this. You have twisted my arm on this one and I am left having to chose a competitors product over yours.

Very sorry that it has come to his - you need to review your options on thse solution recipes as regards Licensing. Hope this will help you to see the consensus of opinion on your pre made packs license issues.

I would think that the next release of any 'solution pack' will categorically tell you if WA have listened to their customers.

As I've said before, I don't think much of their attitude to customers (some of the time) but, in this case, to be fair they have been put in an impossible commercial position by one of their clients.

So, going back to my first point, the licence for the next 'SP' will reveal all.
