PHP code for form (Universal E-mail)

Hi does anyone have the php code that will reference the input or other form fields in a submitted form. In other words I need the code that will grab the submitted FirstName input field from a submitted form. I'm trying to avoid setting up a testing server in Dreamweaver and just need the code to be inserted in the html e-mail section of Universal E-mail.

That depends on how your form is set up. Is it set up with post as the action? If it is, you can set the value like this:
<?php echo((isset($_POST["fieldname"]))?$_POST["fieldname"]:"") ?>

replace fieldname with the name of your form field.
