Help with querry Please..:)

Thread began 4/24/2010 11:08 am by mustang_sally_85344510 | Last modified 4/26/2010 9:38 am by Jason Byrnes | 609 views | 1 replies |

Help with querry Please..:) RESOLVED...THANKS

I am trying add to a details page a "watch this item" feature.
But first I must querry the database to make sure the user isn't watching it already. Before posting it to the database.

I don't think I'm making the proper queery to the Database to make sure a user isn't watching it all ready. ( i.e. trying to avoid duplicate entries).

The critieria I need to filter by is a session variable...$_Session ['VisitorID'] (logged in user) AND also $_Get ['detailsID'] (detailsID = colname)

Could someone please help me out with this querry.
I'm sure it's quite simple, but everything I have tried so far hasn't worked.

Thank you in advance.

p.s. I am working with WA supersuite, CS3 and win xp
