Checkout wizard ecart5.0 javascript error

Hi, I thought I'd better upgrade my eCart extension as I'm in the middle of developing a site and wanted to make sure all the information was uptodate. I disabled then deleted the old extension then installed the new version, but now when I run the checkout wizard from the cart page I get the following message:
While executing onLoad in WA eCart CheckoutWizard.htm, a JavaScript error occurrred.

Now using ecart 5
dreamweaver cs3

deleted winfilecache and reopened dreamweaver
same error

If you have deleted the cache file and still have the problem there might be an issue with your configuration folder. Here are the steps that you can take to rename the config and get past these issues:

If you still have this problem after this let us know.
