Logging into my webassist account, huge issue
I have had this issue now since joining the $19 per month extension program.
Every single time I log into my account, it asks me for a new password. This takes so much time to just log in, that I am about to give up. I purchased a password program 1 password to keep track of my webassist passwords and it can't even keep up with all the password changes I have to go through.
I have submitted tickets for this issue, called in the past and no one can help me solve this issue.
I can't be the only person with this problem. Please help.
